The product is very easy to use, simply just take a small amount with the spatulas provided and add to warm water, once the resin is dissolved, its ready to drink. These honey sticks are perfect if you don’t like powders or capsules. The flavor is mild and natural. I feel more active during workouts and generally more alert during work hours. Packaging was neat as well.

I was a bit unsure about trying shilajit, but these honey sticks made it super easy. The taste is actually pleasant because of the honey. I’ve been taking one in the morning and definitely feel more energetic and focused through the day. Very convenient for travel too.
