Returns:
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Meden Farm UK. The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns Policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email info@medenfarmuk.co.uk or via our contact form stating why you are returning the product. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
International Order & Custom:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs or custom import duties and taxes.
Lost & Damaged Items
If claims for loss or damaged deliveries are made, this will require the Customer to substantiate a claim by providing any relevant information about the consignment to Meden Farm UK within 48 hours of receipt. The recipient may be asked to affirm that the item was not delivered and its value (if known). Meden Farm UK may make such investigations as it deems necessary to satisfy itself of the validity of any claim. All items sent are tracked and we reserve the right to investigate claims procedures before considering refunds. RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: No refunds or exchange will be considered on food items. We do not offer a sale or return or a refund policy on unwanted items, however Meden Farm UK may consider any claim based on its merit. Therefore buyers must contact Meden Farm UK before sending any item back. No claim for non-delivery or loss will be valid after 60 days from the date of sale. These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matters arising under or in connection with this agreement.
